FIND YOUR WAY WITH MORE CONFIDENCE
The PADI Underwater Navigator Specialty is not about memorising complicated routes.
It is about learning simple, practical ways to understand where you are during a dive.
More Than Compass Work
Compass skills are important, but navigation also comes from noticing the reef, depth, sand lines, light and natural features around you.
You learn how to combine these clues, so you are not relying on just one method to find your way underwater.
Clear Skills, Better Awareness
Your instructor guides you through navigation patterns, distance checks and natural references over the training dives.
The aim is to help you feel more aware during the whole dive,
not just when someone hands you a compass.
