GET READY FOR YOUR RESCUE COURSE
Before the practical training starts, we make sure your certification, medical form, EFR training and course plan are clear.
Before You Arrive
You can begin the PADI Rescue Diver and EFR learning in your own time. It introduces rescue thinking, first aid basics and the skills we will practise during the course.
When You Meet Us
We check your certification, medical form and equipment, then talk through the schedule, rescue exercises and EFR sessions before the practical training begins properly.
THINK LIKE A RESCUE DIVER
The Rescue course helps you move from simply managing your own dive to noticing what is happening around you.
More Than Helping Others
You learn to recognise stress, prevent small problems from growing
and respond with clearer decisions when another diver needs support.
The aim is not to make the course dramatic —
it is to build steady awareness that you can use on every dive.
Practical Skills, Clear Feedback
Your instructor guides you through rescue exercises and realistic scenarios, with time to practise, ask questions and understand what each response is for.
You finish with better control, stronger buddy skills and more confidence in
real diving situations.
WHO CAN JOIN THE RESCUE COURSE?
You need the right diving background before Rescue, and EFR is included if you need current first aid training.
